Introduction to "FIFA and UEFA Corruption Scandals"

In this episode of the Lifestyle, Travel & Technology podcast, the hosts Alexander, Garry & Nikki cover the corruption scandals that FIFA and UEFA - the biggest governing bodies in Football - have been plagued with and ruining the sport for many hardcore supporters of the sport. For the hosts, football isn't just a sport that you can play with your friends or enjoy watching on TV/live. For a lot of people it has become more of a religion and a way for many to gather around and share the mutual desire to enjoy and support their preferred team, bantering and arguing is definitely a part of football, and for some, even starting a fight in the name of football is nature.

In this episode, the hosts cover certain topics that have once headlined many major news channels and specific individuals that stood in the spotlight for these scandals. They talk about Sepp Blatter, the former 8th president of FIFA, Michel Platini, the former UEFA president, as well as the current FIFA president, Gianni Infantino and what charges, scandals and rumors they stood against.
The hosts also highlight certain teams that have come under scrutiny for certain corruption scandals, financial fair plays and how fans of a team held up posters criticizing (with foul language) the leadership and management of their team they support.
